SalaryNest: Budget Planner (com.salarynest.budgetplanner.tool)

These Terms & Conditions apply to SalaryNest: Budget Planner, the mobile application provided by VISHAL AND SIMRAN LENDING INVESTOR Corp (the "Application"). Available free of charge, the Application brings monthly salary planning, category budgeting, and everyday income and expense tracking into a single, organized workspace.

Build a monthly spending plan, track how much of each category budget has been used, and add or update records with dates and notes. Category breakdowns, daily spending trends, and three- or six-month comparisons offer a clearer view of your financial habits. Personalize categories and display settings, hide displayed amounts, export records as CSV, or save and restore complete ledger backups in JSON format.

By downloading or using the Application, you accept these terms. Please review them carefully before you begin. Without authorization, you must not reproduce or alter the Application, any of its components, or our trademarks. Attempts to extract its source code, translate it into another language, or create derivative versions are also prohibited. All associated trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property remain with the service provider.

The service provider aims to maintain a useful and efficient Application. It may therefore change the Application or introduce fees for its services at any time and for any reason. You will be clearly informed of any charge for the Application or its services.

The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to the service provider in order to deliver its services (the "Service"). Keeping your device and access to the Application secure is your responsibility. We recommend that you do not root or jailbreak your device, as doing so removes safeguards built into the official operating system. This can increase exposure to malicious software, compromise security features, and interfere with the Application's operation.

Services supplied by third parties within the Application are subject to their respective Terms & Conditions. The provider named below publishes separate terms for its services:

Some circumstances are beyond the service provider's control. Certain features require an Internet connection through Wi-Fi or mobile data. The provider is not responsible for reduced functionality when Wi-Fi is unavailable or your mobile data allowance has been used up.

Your mobile carrier's terms still apply when you access the Application without Wi-Fi. You are responsible for any data charges imposed by your carrier or another third party, including roaming charges when you use mobile data outside your home region or country. If someone else holds the account that pays for your device's usage, we assume you have obtained that account holder's permission.

You also remain responsible for the steps needed to access the Application, such as keeping your device charged. The service provider is not liable if a depleted battery prevents you from using the Service.

Although the service provider makes efforts to keep information in the Application accurate and up to date, some content depends on information supplied by third parties. The provider accepts no responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from full reliance on that feature of the Application.

Updates to the Application may be released periodically. Operating system requirements may change, including those of any additional systems supported in the future, and you may need to install an update to continue using the Application. The service provider does not guarantee that the Application will remain relevant or work with every operating system version on your device. You agree to accept updates when they become available. The provider may also discontinue the Application and terminate its use at any time without advance notice. Unless you are told otherwise, termination means that:
